Monica McMahon
Monica McMahon is the founder and owner of Get Fit Retreats.
Prior to beginning her “mind-body-spirit in harmony” journey, Monica enjoyed a career as HR Manager at PepsiCo and as an Organizational Effectiveness consultant to numerous Fortune 500 companies.
She is now a Chopra Center Certified Primordial Sound Mantra Meditation instructor and has been teaching yoga since 2002. She also is an ACE personal trainer and she holds certifications in Thai-Yoga Stretch, Body Flow, and Integrated Energy Therapy among many other modalities.
As a Reiki Master and a student of energy medicine, Monica creates eclectic and unique classes and training programs for her private clients, corporate clients and The Boca Raton Resort. Her passion for bringing a “Zen component” into her classes, programs, workshops and retreats adds a depth that defines her style and is what lead her to create S.A.C.R.E.D. Yoga and GET FIT Retreats
